Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
If custom order listings are not purchased within 3 days I reserve the right to remove the listing.

Shipping
All purchases are shipped using First Class post within the UK. If you would like your item to be sent recorded delivery or signed for this can be arranged, however there will be an extra charge for this. Please specify if you would like recorded delivery in the Message to Seller box and I will send an invoice via Paypal for the extra amount.
I will ship to the address on your Etsy account unless otherwise specified. If you would like your purchase sent to a different address that's not a problem, please just send me the details when placing the order.
I will keep in touch throughout the custom order process and will send you a message when your item is ready to ship. Please Note: I aim to have your blocks ready for dispatch within 7 days, however during busy periods this may increase to 14 days.
